Very friendly staff. The front desk people are easy to talk to and try to help figure out what's going on with your car. There's a small waiting room with WiFi if you need to get some work done. I've come here a couple of times for a check-up and an oil change and they're fairly quick. I got a coupon for 25% my oil change by signing up with my phone number. Love that you can make online appointments if you don't have time to make a call.
