I slide off a mountain road in an Icey and sketchy spot. He showed up within an hour and got my ram 3500 out without any damage to my truck. Eric was very quick to the call. We definitely had a difficult situation for him, but he pondered and made some calls, and was able to get our camper out of a very deep, muddy, and water filled hole. WITHOUT DAMAGE TO OUT CAMPER! Thank you Eric! And your resources! (Ps. NO, we were not trying to pull it out with the Jeep… we were using the wench on the Jeep)
