I preface this review with the fact I usually do all my own work to my truck and rarely use anyone to do anything. I don’t just walk into a random big box mechanic store and trust they’ll do the work right, which is why I chose this shop. From the moment I walked into the shop I felt like I was in good hands. Alas, I was there because I didn’t have access to my usual lift and tools, and needed someone I could trust. I needed a new wheel bearing on the front of my 2006 suburban, and the other one wasn’t far behind. Brought it into Ryan who diagnosed it quickly, had the right quality parts ordered, and had me out SAME DAY with an oil change to boot. I was in a time crunch to get to Twin Falls for a business meeting and he single-handedly made it happen for me. Good shops are a rare breed these days, and you owe it to yourself to patronize Ryan and the team. A good honest mechanic at a fair price!

I've had good luck with them in the past but today got the old repair shop tricks. I asked for an oil change and tire change. I got a $40 Cabin Air Filter, I didn't ask for. It's a $6 dollar part and takes two minutes. And a "topped off your windshield wiper fluid". I topped it off four days ago. So, for $50 they lose a loyal customer. Hope it was worth it.

I went to Ketchum Auto to get an oil change which should've been simple and painless. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. When I picked my truck up they had replaced my engine filters (without asking) AND accidently turned on a restrictive mode (called myKey). When I confronted them about the issue they tried to help me and then said they couldn't fix it. When I requested that they pay for the problem they created, they blamed me (said I was irresponsible and suggested I had turned it on). The way I was treated was incredibly unprofessional. It took others requesting that they pay for the repairs to get them to finally cave (at the end of the day it was a 12 dollar charge because they didn't pay the guys at ford the labor fee). All in all a pretty terrible experience that cost me a full day. I would avoid at all costs.
