Good communication and very responsive. That I appreciated. I was hoping to get more answers in regards to the way my Transmission was acting and shifting, brake system inspection, and basically an overall professional opinion on the condition of my truck. It was a relatively unique retired, super basic, military LMTV with air brakes, a diesel caterpillar 3116 engine and a seven speed Allison transmission. In the end...other than a new Gladhand...not much was accomplished, but he took his time and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder trying to learn something. I did have a bit of buyers remorse. He was a really good guy though and communicated well.

They did a RS for us, and didn't send us invoice for 2 weeks already. I called, wrote massages to them, and they don't even answer any more. I have no complains about work done, but when you do the service, if you are a professional you send the invoice.
