I just picked up my 2016 Jeep Cherokee thanks to a deer jumping out to greet me 1 early morning. Collinsville Auto Body were amazing and my car looks better than it did when I bought it. Amazing staff that kept me in the loop and so patient with me and my questions as Ive never had to put my vehicle in the shop. Thank you guys also for cleaning it inside and out, it looks amazing!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very friendly staff. They replaced my bumper - I thought it was a little low & came back next day - they fixed it right away to my liking and went over repairs. Great staff.

customer service and communication are lacking severely. They also over corrected an alignment and told me to take back to mechanic who yelled at me and never got it fixed. Do not recommend!!!
