Left for potato salad during the snow today, my driver side windshield wiper was not operating correctly.. called Itasca Auto Pro’s on a whim, Jim answered with only a few minutes left of his day, and then waited for me to arrive. Proceeded to diagnose AND fix my problem in under 10 minutes, better yet he didn’t charge me a dime… if I would’ve had cash in my wallet I would’ve been trying to find a pocket to slip it into on his coat! I don’t have any one around anymore to ask for help, so what may have felt small to Jim today, felt huge to me today, tomorrow, and throughout this holiday season. Jim, you sparked joy in me I’ve been missing for a while. Thank you for keeping my Mom-mobile safe. Happy Holidays!

Needed to have a family members vehicle fixed. Called over to this local shop and I talked to Jim. he was able to get our Ford Transit van in right away solved and fixed the coolant leak that we couldn't find.
