Phenomenal service all around from CARSTAR Protouch. I received daily text communications with updates, I never spent more than a few minutes in the lobby as someone was always present, and I did not have to deal with insurance (statefarm) as they handled it all for me. When I picked up my SUV, they did a walk around and explained the repairs to me. Also, my SUV was spotless clean!
