To say I feel extremely taken advantage of would be an understatement! I had my car unknowingly towed here after an accident. They charged $125 for ''TARPING". $125 to put a tarp over the car? What?!? A further $60 in ''admin fees''. God only knows what that means. An even further $27 in ''credit card fees'' because I had the audacity to pay with a debit card instead of having over $700 in cash on me. If I had it towed anywhere else it would cost hundreds more and if stayed at their yard until my insurance figured things out it would have cost me $60 per day. PER DAY! No one can afford that! I felt monetarily compelled to sign the title over to them in order to avoid losing ungodly amounts of money. I echo many other reviewers, I would give negative stars if possible.

After my daughter was involved in a wreck, we used this tow company to move her vehicle. The driver was courteous, and the actual towing was handled well. However, I regret allowing them to take the car to their yard, even though I was initially persuaded it would simplify the process for insurance. In hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts and had the vehicle towed home or to another location. Once the car was in their yard, I felt like my property was no longer mine. I needed to remove an aftermarket radio from the vehicle before it was totaled by insurance. I had prior approval from the insurance adjuster and was even willing to provide confirmation of that. However, the company refused to accommodate my request, citing a policy that only allowed for the removal of personal items. I understand that there are rules about what can and can’t be done with vehicles in their possession, but they didn’t offer any reasonable alternatives to help me retrieve the radio. Instead, they insisted that I pay more money to have the car moved, even though it would have taken very little effort on their part to simply move the car 30 yards from behind the fence to allow me to get the radio. For the high fees they charge—over $700 for a tow of less than 2 miles, a brief crash cleanup, and 5 days of storage during a holiday weekend—I expected much better customer service and flexibility. In the end, the situation was resolved, but not with any help from this company. The yard my insurance moved the car to was far more accommodating, letting me retrieve the radio without issue in under 30 minutes. I just feel that no one should be made to feel like their own property isn’t theirs simply because they made the mistake of using a company that doesn't seem to value customer needs or flexibility.

My truck was towed to their lot after an accident. The driver refused to provide his name and provide rude service. When you call the office no business hours are listed and it tells you they are on another line or to call back. You can leave a message. Do not take your car here! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO MOVE YOUR CAR!
