I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. They installed the wrong serpentine belt on my brother’s vehicle, which is a pretty basic part to get right. On top of that, communication was terrible throughout the entire process. We were never given any updates on how long the repair would take, and despite being told we’d get a call when the work was finished, no one contacted us. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor communication made this a really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning here based on how our repair was handled.

I’ve been using Sparta Auto and Truck for several years now and I have to say they always do excellent work! They are always very thorough, and check everything out before returning your vehicle to you. I recently had quite a bit of work done on my truck and it ran over budget due to miscommunication. I spoke with Terri the owner and he was able to work with me to give me back in my truck right away. I appreciate their hard work and effort towards excellence. I expect to be a customer for years to come highly recommended!

They quickly ran diagnostics and came up with 47 codes - something that surprised them as much as me. They were able to get me back on the road the next morning.
