I have purchased several sets of new tires here (with free rotation) and have always been pleased with the service I received. Ken at the front desk is a gem. I recently had R.J. perform a pre-purchase used car inspection. He was very thorough, patient and professional. He took time to explain what he found an even took me under the car to show and explain the details and answer questions.

Let me preface this that the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the people were friendly. But the service I attempted to get was bad. I took a flat tire in early in the morning to have repaired. They were too busy to do it and mount it at that moment, so I left the tire and assumed they would at least check it soon to let me know if it could be repaired (which I thought it could) before the appointment I schedule for 2:30 later that day. Unfortunately, they didn't look at it until I pulled in at 2:30, and sure enough, it had a sidewall puncture so had to be replaced. Then I was given the story of I'd need 4 new tires because the new tire would be more than 2/32 deeper than any one of the remaining tires, which all had under 15k miles. I said absolutely not. Then asked for a better option. They didn't have a used tire in my size (which I figured was a long shot). And, of course, they didn't have my tire in stock, which I needed my car the next day. Then they quoted me a price ~$80 higher per tire than the price I could get on Amazon. So at that point I said I'll just take my tire and went elsewhere. So Walmart was able to help me out, and did a nice job.

Hi. In Angola visiting, and wanted to check if alignment was needed on car. End of their day, but not their customer service! Car needs repair (couldn't do then--needed parts and more time), but had good car conversation with Matt and Rick while car was looked at, and left with a detailed estimate for work needed (even though they knew we were less likely to get work done by them because we don't live in the area), and an appreciation of them/their business!
