My car needed a whole rear axle break job desperately. Work was fast, professional, and quality. Which in my opinion are the three main core values in any business and this company hits the trifecta perfectly. In addition to that they offered something they definitely didn’t have to, offer a fair price. With today’s world and money becoming more and more tight all around they offered me a very fair price and I could not be happier.

I don’t know why I didn’t listen to the reviews before I went here (particularly about the alignments), but maybe you will. It’s been over six months and I still begrudge having gone here every time I drive my car. I went in for suspension work and 1. The alignment they overcharged me for is laughably bad. Great for when I’m taking a curve, though, and can finally let go of the steering wheel. 2. The communication was awful. They had my car for two weeks and weren’t returning my calls. I had to ride my bike there to be able to talk to them. Deano said it was because they were short-staffed, and yet he had no problem keeping me there for an extra hour monologuing because I was too polite to tell him to stop. 3. There was a new whirring sound after I got my car back. 4. They didn’t disclose a huge (relative to any other place) credit card fee at any point. 5. They gave me bad information on what the error codes were with the check engine light. I really recommend going anywhere but here.

The service here is horrible! They fixed my car just for the exact same problem to occur and broke down on the expressway and they held my car for entire month without ever touching my car my car so long I just took it somewhere else. They didn't want to fix what they broke so they basically tried to hold my car until the warranty went out. I wouldn't go here! The mechanic don't know how to do anything, they are unprofessional and big slow scam of a shop. Save yourself the waste of time!
