My car was towed because I am a diabetic and had a diabetic attack left my car in the middle of the street.I guess they thought the car was broken down and Treated it as such. It was a 2008 Honda Accord which are popular cars. When I went to go get the car they said I needed to give them my Registration and Insurance and would not let me see the car without it. I told them it was in the car glove compartment. They stated that they needed the key and would get them out for me. They came back and said my Registration and insurance was not in my glove compartment box, so it would have to be towed. When I bought the tow truck They stated that the axel was broken. The car was running fine before It got towed. I asked them to pay for it and they said they wouldn’t and are not responsible and now I am taking them to court.

My experience there was fair. They have so rules I didn't understand. But all in all there ok. My son was able to retrieve his car. And that was the goal. I guess they get scammed often. But everyone is not on the scam.

I see a lot of negative reviews and just wanted to say my experience was extremely different dealing with Camden Towing. The ladies were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The pricing wasn’t over the top and while the situation is unpleasant the curtesy extended by the employees makes it easier to deal with.
