Outstanding service. They picked up my disabled 3500 dually without a key from a very tight parking area at Snowshoe Ski Resort in snowy conditions, then towed it 90 miles to the dealership over steep West Virginia roads that were snow-covered and icy. The driver was kind and patient, kept us informed the entire way, and handled the tow even though we were not present. Extremely professional and reliable. Highly recommend.

Stay away from this crook. He hostage my trailer by connecting it to his truck, expecting 6 to 700 dollars to release it . He will drop your truck at his friends ( who is a crook too ) mechanic shop named heavy duty truck and diesel repair, when you need your trailer after 5 pm , he will block your number and will insist you to pay him a peak money to get your trailer back . I literally have to call police , but still got my trailer back in morning, as the driver waited till morning for him to release the trailer from this tow guys custody. Stay away from this greedy person.

My truck broke down i64 near mile marker 5.4 in Virginia with a blown gasket .called Deweys and he came within 50min. He was efficient and took good care of my truck and trailer.
