I was hearing a noise in my F150 front end took it in have them check it they told me I needed lower ball joints, wanted like 590 bucks but they don’t do front alignment called elsewhere replace ball joints and alignment for around 500 bucks. they looked at my truck said my ball joints were fine. Couldn’t really find anything loose. Never go back there again. Seems very fishy to me.
