I was told by aaa towing the service ticket was done and they would contact me with the estimate. All I got was crickets. Then I got told I could not talk to the phone representative like that ( no in appropriate language or threats) just being upset. I said I would have the vehicle towed to a facility that was willing to fix my car, then she said she would not be allowed to be talked to like that. I have a regular mechanic, but this was my second chance to have aaa do repairs. As before, totally disappointed

Bob somerall recently ripped off us on a repair. I have used them previously for multiple repairs however this time we were quoted $1045 to replace 6 coils, 6 spark plugs abd carb flush. However we were billed $1655. After researching the part cost ((not labor) they jacked up coil costs by 200% $480 to $950 and $80 for 6 spark plugs 200% for $260. Will never go back Keith Hanna

Slowest oil change I have ever received. Was told when I showed up it would take an hour. Showed up for my noon appointment on time, but they did not start anything until 12:40. Manager (Scott) apologized and said he would put 2 guys on it and get me out quickly. Still waiting for my car at 2:05 pm. Employees seemed more interested in playing with their RC cars than doing their work. One more thing. They charge $89 for a full synthetic oil change. You would think that included the oil filter, but no, that is an extra $14. My guess is that they charged this extra since I used a $50 coupon. I'd love to hear any other stories...
