If I could put a 0 i would because they don't deserve a star at all. Partially my fault for not knowing the law but he has had my 2016 Fatboy S for over a year now because he's been making me believe I owe him a yr of storage at $50 a day. Plus all the "fees for any paperwork he's had to do". He gave it to a guy to "pay a personal debt" at one point. I got the law involved and he retrieved it before meeting the officer at the yard. Not followed one law he's required to follow about notice or intent. Im suing for value and damages.

Terrible experience. I asked for another tow company that's easier to work with, open on weekends and cheaper. I specified which tow company and was told no that they had to go in rotation. Which is a lie . Not too mention this same place has messed up my car in the past and my motorcycle when they towed them. And won't let me get my car until Monday and all just so he can continue to be a jerk and make 100 more bucks from me for storage
