Heritage towing service is fantastic! Driver was so friendly and helpful he was knowledgeable and helped us when our trucks back tire lung nuts were sherrd off on the interstate at night. We thank him so much for taking such good care of us and getting us and the vehicle to the car dealership and us home.

All the way down here in Iowa City there was no one to change my blown out tire, for five hours. Fortunately there was a hero from Ackley that had dropped off a vehicle and went out of his way to fix my tire. I could not get the lug nuts to turn. Much gratitude to this kind man and the great company that hired him. Thank you so very much.

Called them Tuesday morn (Jan 16) around 8:17am about them jumping my car. About 23 hours later still no show. Around 7:48 Wednesday morn (Jan 17) I ended up calling someone else to help me jump start the car. Turns out it just need new battery.
