I received the wrong crankshaft from them and when I was finally told by mechanic online that a company was shipping the wrong crank. It was a 4in stroke instead of the 4.5in stroke. When I was told this I was ~3 months past the warranty but this isn’t a warranty issue. They sent the incorrect part… I had called and was told I would receive a call from the resolutions department. I never got a call back. I had to call a week later and got a lame excuse that they missed it in their system. Then I had to call back ounce a week for 3 weeks before I got “we can’t return these to the manufacturer, so we can’t have you return it” which is stupid because they sold us the wrong part. I would shop somewhere else if you can.

Bought a used Deere 5400 tractor engine from them. They were very helpful both on the phone and in person. Got the engine installed within the week and it runs great. I would definitely buy more parts from Paul!
