Josh & the entire crew at Tony’s was amazing . I had some mechanical issues while I was in Garner Iowa, Mick Showed up with a really cool tow truck . They got all repairs done & I was up & running the next day . If you have any truck issues, I highly recommend Tony’s tire truck service. If you’re in the Iowa area they do have three locations. You won’t be disappointed?

Called around 6am for jump start on semi. Very sleepy voice answered and informed me it would be 2 hours before they would help. Didn’t check with anyone else available. Very unprofessional. I was only 8 miles away from shop that said open 24 hours on google. It was -6 out, so I’m guessing a customer was low priority and the warm bed reigned supreme. Take down your false 24 hour availability if you can’t honor it

This place is a joke. While on a road trip the weather got so bad we were heading to a gas station to stop until the weather calmed down as it was white out conditions. On our way to said gas station we ended up in a ditch (along with MANY other cars). We ended up at a gas station where we met an employee from this company and he was the only good part of the entire experience. We were told we were first on the list to be towed out of the ditch we were in as soon as the tow ban was lifted. That clearly wasn’t true as it took almost 48 hours before they even called to check in and the tow ban had been lifted for over 24 hours at that point while we were stranded at a hotel in Iowa with no idea where we were or what was around us and no car to get anywhere. When they did finally called (after we had already been at our destination for almost 12 hours) the man on the phone decided to get crappy with my dad and lecture him about how we shouldn’t have gotten stuck in the ditch in the first place. There was literally likely hundreds of cars in the ditch and we were more than patient as we saw all the cars in the ditch but to then get crappy with us about ending up in the ditch is just extremely unprofessional and infuriating from a company that was suppose to help us and I hope no one else was spoke to that way or given a lecture about being in the ditch. The employee we met at the Casey’s was the ONLY positive part of the entire experience while stuck in an unfamiliar state, unfamiliar town, no way to get anywhere, in blizzard conditions.
