We noticed our car mileage was a lot lower after we had our car serviced. Come to find out they put cheap spark plugs in. They said they would put what should of been put the first place for free and only charge us for the spark plugs. They were going to charge us $49 for the plugs that you can buy at Auto Zone for $14.99. They seemed like nice people but we will not be back.

Started out the process fine and Devon was very kind and helpful. But once insurance got involved it went down hill, rather than using the insurance’s estimate they used their own, ordering parts different from insurance’s covered ones causing me to pay more than I was supposed to. Told me and insurance two different stories. Lack of communication and didn’t tell me when my car was finished. And an air bubble in one of my tires was missed during inspection. Very nice people but poor service when dealing with insurance and customer communication.
