Dean saved the day! My daughter had a flat on I-80 due to unavoidable road debris and ended up in the median. Dean answered my call and was en route immediately. From start to finish (with a 25 min drive, moving her car to the shoulder and fixing the flat) he was done in 45 min and she still made it to her class on time in Iowa City. He was Johnny on the spot, knew what he was doing and put my daughter at ease. Dean is old school business, all about the work and customer service, and not about the bottom line. I really appreciate that and he really did save the day. Thank you!

Thank you to Dean, a seriously heroic move to come out in a raging snow storm after coming from over an hour north, returning my call quick, coming out even quicker, getting my car out faster yet, and never a complaint. He smiled basically the whole time. And charged basically peanuts to winch my car out ON A SATURDAY NIGHT.. did i mention it was snowing? This guy gets all my business going forward. And we use towing quite a bit.. like, more than is natural. If your needing roadside service and Vance is able to come out, do yourself a favor and save the aggravation.. just call them.
