Spent about 150 dollars for over priced shipping back and forth shipping for filters for a massey fergerson tractor that do not fit... .. the first guy i got on the phone hung up on me as I explaining the problem ...the second call i got someone that was helpful ...but when the parts came in...they too didnt fit .even after the customer support guy said it would.....not even close to fitting up correctly....they don't check that crap which is made for them by the chinese ...not anything....they burned me good...never again! Reasons not to use these clowns: 1. They use over priced shipping as a profit generator, 2. rude customer support, 3. Badly made parts that are not checked before they are sent too the customer. 4. Feeling like you got scammed If you want to pay a lot forfrustration and aggravation, then these people are for you!

I ordered injectors in April, ended up having to send them back for warranty. I was given credit for the injectors under warranty. I was not given the option for replacement as their warranty states. Replacements are available. I didn't fight that. I ordered the same part number I ordered in April as they worked and fit fine. Upon receiving the new injectors they have since changed to a Chinese supplier, the tips are a size that Case IH states are no longer available. Contacted customer service with the issue, they sent me a RMA but no shipping label. Contacted customer service again and even though I ordered the same part number and got 2 differing parts in a 7 month time span they state I must pay return shipping. I will never do business with this company again. You will get the same service and parts as any Chinese owned company. Edit, I reached out this morning and awaiting a call back now.

I received my order which was late only to find out there was a manufacturer defect. No customer support at all, I've wasted over an hour on the phone waiting for help, still haven't heard anything.
