Tracy and Billy have been nothing but kind and easy going. I came to them embarrassed to put in an intoxalock because I had to pay my dues. They haven't judged me or treated me differently that anyone else. I just took my car to them because it has some front end problems and issues accelerating. Very timley and quick, they called me with every update and they never pushed me do anything but what was necessary. My car is better than ever and I would recommend them to everyone. A++++ service

3 automotive repair shops one major and could not fix my kia sportage lx. One day in knowels automotive in Farmington Iowa 6 blocks from me and it is fixed drives better than it ever has and like new and to top it off the labor sent me into shock, not for the bad, but wayyyyy far below any shop I have ever seen since the 1970's. And straight up forward and honest I will never take my vehicle anywhere else except to Knowels!
