Horrible customer service. Fixed one thing and broke 2 others, then refused to fix the problems they created. Manager was confrontational and accusatory. Even going against what his employees had said. Definitely will not return.

The efficiency of Sam's is absolutely beyond compare and saved lives today. I had an emergency windshield repair needed without an appointment and I was in and out in 1 hour, I ended up doing search and rescue in Greenfield, IA with my team this evening. I could not be more grateful for their service, they helped us do our job and help people after tornadoes today. I will ALWAYS come here when I'm in town.
