We came in to exchange a lifetime warranty starter...the clerk refused to honor the warranty. Claimed that he understand that it could be done, however he personally did know how. Mentioned that he would have to contact the owner to find our how...and refused to do so. We explicitly purchased a Napa lifetime starter for the fact that if my child needed a repair away from home...he wouldnt have this type of issue. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I don't know about their service but I do know the man who was driving their van on highway 65 at noon on July 18th is a real jerk. If I hadn't slammed on my brakes he would had sideswiped me. They wouldn't even answer the phone so I could report him to the manager. I wouldn't want him worki ng for me!

Nice have auto parts store in are small community. Quality decent for the price. Don't always seem to have what i would think common parts in stock all the time.
