BE Aware; The Owner Carquest in Lisbon Iowa is really professional person, "BUT" a couple of his employees don't care about what you need or about you ! I have gone to carquest of Lisbon Iowa for quite some time. Once I was looking at some paint there and made the comment that the same paint probably is less expensive at Ace hardware. The man said, Go There Then " Rudley". Then I called for a part yesterday and the woman on the phone was pissy and yelled at me on the phone saying I wasn't giving the right info, when in fact I gave her everything on the title that describes the vehicle in full. After being rudely yelled at, I hung up ! Then I called auto zone gave the exact same information about the vehicle and got the part I needed right away, cheaper. Carquest charges a lot more for convenience and have some people there who don't give a shit about any customer. It's well worth your time and gas to go to auto zone instead. Most of the time carquest of Lisbon calls auto zone to get parts and then charge you more for the part. The Owner is a great guy at carquest in Lisbon, maybe he needs to take a strong look at a couple of his employees and tell them to be polite or be looking for another job ! Mr. Morris

This place is the best! The staff at auto zone saved the day on our first family camping trip! They helped me find what I needed (when I had no clue) and even helped put together a new wiring harness. We couldn’t have gotten the camper on the road without them:)
