Linn needs to retire he has the attitude of a stepped on rattlesnake

Had a driver in the area with suspected bad alternator. Called Linn and he agreed to have a look when the truck got there even though his shop was jammed with work. Got at it right away and confirmed bad alternator. And didn't even charge for that since there wasn't a new alternator nearby! He explained to driver how to save power and use APU to keep battery charged enough to get 3 hours home. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable. All around great experience, highly recommended!!
