What wonderful service!!! We were just starting a road trip to see a family member in the hospital. It was beginning to rain and our windshield wiper flew off. We gps’d into orange city to go to NAPA… it was permanently closed. But Arnold Motor Supply was right next door and open. The employee was so helpful as he came out to our van, confirmed size, grabbed what we needed and attached it himself! In and out in 5 minutes, and left us with no stress! Though I did not catch his name, he was a rockstar. Thank you!!

A client / friend in town recommended this shop when my headlights went out. They had my parts and the guys were kind enough to install too. Whole experience took 15 minutes, and in the nick of time as I was heading out of state. Prior to me being helped, I watched the guys take care of a couple clients ahead of me and I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed such exceptional service at a parts store.
