I was on my way home and the backing plate on one of my breaks started grinding. I had a ways to go before I’d be home. Another shop wasn’t able to take me and referred me here. The guy was kind and said he had an appointment cancel and to come right in. I explained what I thought was wrong and he was receptive. Within minutes it was on the lift. When putting the breaks and rotors on we had missed a bolt. We were lucky we stopped. They got us taken care of. I’m lucky they were here.
