My wife and I were traveling through Washington when an oil cooler on our vehicle blew a block from this shop. Ross Auto immediately looked at our vehicle, and were considerate and professional. The woman at the front desk was very kind, and helped us through a stressful situation. Our vehicle had this failure occur an hour before their closing time, and was back in service by noon the following day, for far less than I had anticipated. Brought my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer in on Friday to diagnose an issue with my blower motor. They quickly established it was the blower itself. I was told they'd have the new blower on Monday, I called back later and asked if they could do an oil change. On Monday I wasn't able to make it in by 8am so I called them and let them know of my slight delay due to work, had the replacement undershield that covers the oil filter. I arrived at 9am and the car was done before 10am. I've already scheduled an oil change for my pickup the Friday before new years. I'll be returning to them as they are true to their word, get work done quickly and effectively, and most importantly charge a fair price!
