I honestly don’t think there’s a better auto shop within a few hundred miles — and somehow they’re right here in my hometown. Pretty awesome. My work truck keeps my business running, so I can’t afford to have it sitting in a shop forever. Parkside gets that. They always find a way to squeeze me in, and the work is solid every time. Fast and done right is a rare combo these days. Also, if you’re from out of town (which you probably are — West Branch isn’t exactly huge), there’s a great little café next door where you can grab something to eat while you wait.

These guys are the BOMB. We live in Iowa city but we still drive to West branch Parkside auto service for any work on our vehicles. They are honest and upfront. Don’t try to take advantage of you like the dealers in this town do and so many of the other mechanics. I hope they understand what a fabulous garage they are.

Awesome people to deal with. I had a tire blowout a few miles away. Called them 30 minutes before they closed. They were able to get me a new tire mounted and back on the road in no time. After a long day traveling was very thankful for the guys at Parkside.
