I’ve been to Firestone3 times in 4 days for the same tire issue and it still isn’t fixed. After noticing my back left tire repeatedly losing air, I went in Friday when it was down to 15 PSI (should be 33). I was told it was patched and good to go. The next day, I had to keep stopping to refill the tire while traveling to Omaha and back…clearly it wasn’t repaired. When I returned Sunday, they said the technician forgot to add beads, which is why the patch failed. Monday morning, the same tire was flat again, and I was told the previous tech had been fired and that they’d replace the tire under warranty. Yet today, that same tire is STILL at 15 PSI, and I checked ALL of them with my pressure gauge. I travel for work daily and depend on my vehicle—this is now the FOURTH time my safety has been compromised over the same unresolved issue. I’ve been understanding up until this point, but now this is a complete lack of quality control and is unacceptable.

I had a rear passenger tire that had a leak so I drove it in to you guys and dropped it off you said you fixed it so I drove all the way back to Adel and noticed the same tire was low on air. I called and after putting air back in and driving back in we figured out you patch a different tire that wasn't leaking and said you fixed the correct one. So after returning your torque wrench that you left in my vehicle and driving back home to Adel and sat for a half hour the same tire is almost flat again. So 50 dollars and 2 trips in to waukee and being in the same position I was in before. I think I'll take my business elsewhere next time

I called fire stone this morning after I got off shift, to see if they had the tires for my car. They had one and had the other one delivered by 9:30 and within the hour they had it fixed. The service advisor and tech were both super helpful and made the process smooth and easy. Will be going back for my tires in the future!
