I cant say enough good things about Kurt and his business!! This man is the definition of customer service from the start, middle, and well after the sale! I hurt my back moving stoves for my business, and really just needed a Tommy Gate. Every single place I called was a 10 week backorder for the gate I wanted. Called Kurt, and not only did he have the gate I wanted in stock, on the monday before thanksgiving, he was able to process my sale and get the pallet ready and truck ordered and sent me all the info I needed for the shipment and tracking. The transparency and communication were second to none! Even with the holiday, the gate arrived in exactly one week, and Kurt was once again ready to answer any question's I had. And told me if I had any issues to call or text him no matter when. I took him up on it when I had questions about upgrading my suspension for the gate, and not only did he have correct suggestions, he walked me through everything I need to tell my local suspension shop to do the job. Im not kidding when I say customer service like this is unheard of these days. This was above any beyond anything I could have expected! Exceptional Business! I needed a socket to work on our water heater, but they didn’t have one for sale. However, Kurt went above and beyond—he had the tool we needed and generously let us borrow it.
