They towed my truck and I felt they overcharged me because I have a nice truck with nice rims, as they couldn't provide a flat rate for the tow and later claimed it was a holiday rate due to their staff having to stay late, despite the truck being towed in at 10:30am. When I spoke to another representative, I was given a different explanation, which seemed inconsistent.
