I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one is a must-read! Back in April, while attending school at Fort Leavenworth, my 2010 Dodge Charger SRT8 started having engine problems. I decided to take it to Butle’s Auto Repair because of their 4.9-star rating on Google. They diagnosed and fixed everything within a week, and I was back on the road. A couple months later, my check engine light came back on due to a misfire in cylinder #5. Since they had recently worked on my spark plugs, I gave them a call. At the time, I was in South Carolina, and the manager, Tom, told me to take it to a local shop in Columbia — and he would cover the cost. I was blown away by that level of customer service! Unfortunately, that shop couldn’t fix the issue, and since I’m stationed in Oklahoma, Tom then arranged for me to take it to a local shop here to pinpoint the problem. It turned out to be more serious than we thought. Here’s where it gets even better — Tom offered to send a truck all the way to Oklahoma to pick up my car! I told him I’d bring it myself. His shop is six hours away, but the drive was absolutely worth it. After running a full diagnostic, Tom and his team decided to replace the engine entirely. He estimated it would take about three weeks and even provided me with a rental car while the work was done. My car has the 6.1L Hemi, which they don’t make anymore, but Tom managed to find one with only 51,000 miles on it! I’ve owned this car for 16 years, and it’s my baby. After the new engine was installed, it drives and sounds better than ever — even more powerful than before. The entire Butle’s Auto Repair team went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I paid about $3,400 for the initial repair and didn’t pay a dime after that. This level of honesty, professionalism, and dedication is almost impossible to find these days. Tom and his crew have earned a lifelong customer.
