Have given them 3 chances and they have failed every time. Either didn’t have what I needed. Or didn’t know what I was asking for. And the latest, wouldn’t warranty a tool brand that they carried with a lifetime warranty because I didn’t have an invoice that I had purchased it there. I have been a professional mechanic for nearly 40 years. And have worked in many states across the country. Never have I been denied a replacement for a broken tool with a lifetime warranty that NAPA carries. If you don’t want to be disappointed or just plain irritated when going to a national known parts house, I would avoid this one. 3 strikes and never going back.
