I recently had my vehicle taken in due to being rear-ended. From the start, Sarah at the front desk made sure to get the check from the insurance taken care of and to let Zach know that I was ready for a walkaround to discuss the damages, the possibilities of hidden damages, and an estimated time frame of completion. Zach and the team did a great job keeping in touch with me throughout the process, and Zach made sure to reach out to the insurance company to let them know about additional damages that needed to be repaired while I didn't have to worry about that either. Zach also made sure to do another walkaround with me after the repairs to make sure everything looked good. Sarah was great about answering my questions when I called and very friendly and professional when assisting me in person. My vehicle is running better after the repairs, and they even finished a day ahead of time. Sarah also informed me that if I have any issues with the parts in the future, or even think I may have issues, to bring it back in to any Crash Champions as the new parts are under a lifetime warranty. Great customer service.

I don't even know where to begin with how absolutely atrocious my experience was with crash champions. I went to them after getting in a car accident and this is the most god awful body work I have ever seen. They had my car for almost two months and it is repulsive. I asked them to fix it and this is their "fixed" job which looks exactly the same. As you can see, nothing is lined up like it is supposed to be and there is gapping! Truly terrible. If this is what my "body work" looks like I'd sure hate to know how terrible of a job they may have done on the underneath part. Truly appalled they would let something leave their shop looking this bad. I had two other people who have been in the industry for years look at it once I left and they said it was absolutely terrible work. They were truly shocked. I am so disappointed in crash champions and also so very disappointed that I now have to drive a jeep that looks this bad after it was supposed to get fixed. Not to mention, the communication was terrible. They had my car for over a month-almost two, and it was always a struggle to get an update. I was also promised multiple times it would be done that week, and it was drug out until the following. I would have been fine with it taking so long if the work showed why, but it looks like a child with no experience in the car industry worked on my car. Unacceptable
