Employee wouldn't change a battery on my Michael Kors watch, that i had previously had changed there many times before ( different Employee obviously who had the knowledge) cause I've been going there for yrs and never was told no they couldn't do it. Anyway i bought the battery from the store and changed it right in front of him in 15 seconds. Thanks for your buy battery we install policy.

I wouldn't put a star at all really if that was a choice. I called them told them what money I had to get a battery and tell them what size and they said that they had it when I got over there it was too big and because I didn't have $15 for them to install it I had to try to do it myself I'm disabled and I had to struggle with that getting the battery in. I talked to the manager and he was smug I feel if you buy a battery brand new you should get it put in like they do at Walmart, O'Reilly's, AutoZone these companies give professional help and compassion. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anybody

I always get my watch batteries replaced here. They aren’t terribly expensive and they offer a punch card. They employees are always very friendly and sociable. Highly recommended!!!!
