Made sure car had gas and took care of an immediate problem that could occur with any used vehicle. Update: wrote this review a little too soon, because this had to be the worst experience I have had with any vehicle ever. If the person I had been dating hadn’t known the “then owner” I would have NEVER gone to this dump. The car was given back to me rigged at best and filthy. After two years of fighting with this vehicle to get it to run, have any form of regulated a/c or heat, several batteries and tears and melt downs and emotional turmoil later… I’d never trust to buy another vehicle here. I missed out on a lot of important things with my children and couldn’t take offered jobs because I never knew if my car would make it or start at all. Even still almost convinced this vehicle had a mind of its own as sometimes it would just leap or not go when stepping on the gas. Had several people look at it and all recommendations were to scrap it. As no one in their right minds would use it as a one and only daily driver except I had no other choice. I hope that things have improved since but I’m not very optimistic about that. Any dealership or individual selling vehicles they don’t even take the time to vacuum before selling isn’t ever a smart choice. Not my finest hour I’d have to say. If this is your only choice of transportation purchases? I’d say move to the city where there’s public transport available.
