Took my brothers truck there to have transmission lines replace, they said they could get to it the following week. I called two weeks later to check on it, they said they had lost my number so they hadn't started on it yet since they couldn't get a hold of me. They said they would order the lines and gave me a price which was fine. Tried to get a hold of someone up there for about 2 weeks after that finally had to drive up there. Still hadn't started on it. This went on for 3 months. I finally just went up on a Saturday to get the truck and they dumped a bucket of keys out on the counter and started going through them looking for my keys. After 3 months of bs I had to take it to another shop to get worked on. Needless to say I'll not be going back to Napa in Hindman.

Bought tires from these guys they say free tire rotation if you buy your tires there but when it's time to get the tire rotation cannot get them to answer the phone put me on hold for ten minutes called them back hung up on me then never would answer the phone again I will never buy tires here again had a tire rotation with them one time they told me the wrong appointment time said I would have sit for two hours this is a bad business don't buy nothing from them they are not trustworthy.
