Okay, so one time I changed my own brakes in my 95 Pontiac Grand Prix SE with the help of a Chilton's. This place is super helpful, and didn't even laugh when I told them I wasn't allowed to work on my car anymore only pick up the parts ordered because you aren't supposed to have any spare parts left when you are done. That makes a person feel not quite so incompetent ya know? They are clean and have a vast amount of personal auto knowledge and patients. No unnecessary purchases pushed on you here, auto illiterate or not!!
