This branch can't be bothered to answer the phone. My home town one in Rockland is great about it and always answers. Maybe these guys need to train with that store

Went in today to exchange a starter and was told limited lifetime warranty only covers one free replacement. Then warranty is void after. That is highway robbery considering the starter costs over 300 dollars. The workers are not at fault, as a matter of fact I would give the workers a 5 star rating but the store warranty is flat out ridiculous. Ripping off the customers is Not the way to get returning ones. It should be warranted for life of vehicle not starter! Time to look for a better store for auto parts!

I asked to get a dead battery changed out with a purchase. My answer..."With the snow today it may be challenging". Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
