amazing experience. i received a work request from a different shop and didn’t trust it. took my vehicle to mike montgomery and they determined i didn’t actually need the work and fixed my vehicle for me on the spot. great people and explained the issue to me perfectly. highly recommend. my car was in and out in 2 hours!

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience at this shop. While waiting for my car in the lobby, I overheard an employee speaking negatively without realizing I was sitting right there. That alone was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The front desk interaction also felt forced, with what came across as a fake smile rather than genuine kindness. When the mechanic finally came out, he acted as if I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. There was little effort to explain the repairs or discuss my car, and overall I did not feel welcomed or appreciated. Out of all the auto shops I’ve visited, this would easily be my last choice, and I would only consider returning as a last resort. Employees should be mindful of how they speak in customer areas—if this is what’s said in the lobby, it makes you wonder what’s said behind closed doors. I would not recommend this shop.
