I brought my car to Randy with what should have been a simple electrical problem to fix. The design of my car was such that not only was it an unnecessarily expensive repair, but the manufacturer had changed the design of the replacement part, such that it was not usable in my car, even though my car was manufactured during the last year the model was produced. So this is where I am so lucky I found Randy, who is not only a very experienced and competent automotive mechanic, but who is a sincere and very honest businessman. Randy took out his diagnostic multimeter and devised a custom fix to my car's electrical system that involved repair of a circuit board failure. Do you think that a "technician" at a car dealership would have done that -- or even had the knowledge and expertise required to do that? I think not! The dealership would have itemized a huge bill, which could have included as much as installation of a whole new wiring harness. Randy is what car owners all over the world need: an honest man who is passionate about his trade, and focuses on his customers' needs. Don't let the aged appearance of Randy's facility be your first impression. It's what's inside that counts. Rather than flashy logos, and full-color repair orders, Randy delivers what his customers need: expert repair completion at a fair price. If my car should need another repair, I will be back!
