Been sitting in their parking lot for almost 2 hours waiting to get loaded. Been to yards that their loaders all gelled up and got loaded up quicker then this. Guess I will pass on coming here again. Costs too much money to sit here and wait all day to get loaded. Watched people come and get loaded for apts an hour after mine and I get told by the office to be patient. Horrible place. Maybe a race thing?

I drove 1.5 hours from Connecticut, leaving work early and using PTO, only to be turned away by this office. Apparently, visitation hours now end at 12 PM, which is extremely inconvenient and unreasonable given that their official hours run until 5 PM. After a total of 3 hours on the road, I accomplished nothing. They could have made an exception this one time. There were no customers there at the time, they could have easily accommodated me. Terrible customer service and a frustrating experience overall. This is the West Warren location of Copart... Connecticut visitation hours are until 4pm. I pay an annual fee to have visitation benefits but these hours are impractical. This makes me reconsider continuing my membership with Copart.
