Although I was less than polite when I called in frustration really wanting a new part the dealerships refused to render any day this week, I was treated to the upmost professional personable help in getting the parts I needed for my Prius immediately. Thank you my new Hero's!

Terrible service! I called at 4pm on a Wednesday and they gave me a quote for something they "had available". 10am on Thursday, they tell me they wont sell it to me because I'm not a shop/they already sold it. He wasnt making sense when I said I was going to come pick it up. Said to have the shop call them and he hung up on me. F@#$ this place, I had everything lined up ready to go and they screwed me last minute.
