Requested a tow for a tire change and waited a whole hour and after an hour i called back and the woman said she was going to contact her driver and then I never got a call back. After a while i called back 9 times and was forwarded to voicemail even my roadside assistance representative was sent to voicemail.. Some 24/7 service..

Recently used Pats Towing to help me relocate some equipment. Dave arrived with a smile and a Santa’s hat.I am not a seasoned ramp truck driver by any stretch but getting my snow plows on the ramp without damage to either vehicles was tricky. Dave handled it with aplomb. As for the rest of the operation they are excellent as well. Not the first time I have used this service. Rachael the dispatcher answered the phone late one night and coordinated a rescue of an anxious teen age girl and more anxious dad. Call these people, will be trying the garage soon will check back in then. Update , last Saturday and this Monday more issues which required AAA and Pats Towing. The streak continues on time, professional, punctual and great guys Chris on Saturday and Jason on Monday. Keep it up you guys rock!
