There are four auto parts stores in like a mile stretch, go to a different one. Went in, asked where wiper blades were, they said behind the counter and that they needed year, make, and model. I told them as well as the sizes, brand, and line I wanted. He went to get the wrong sizes and wrong brand, I corrected him, he said if I knew I could have just told him… I reiterated the brand and line and he said two of each? I looked confused, the other guy huffed and said they don’t carry that line while the original guy asked the brand. I said the brand and the second guy more angry now repeated they don’t carry it. I drove to AutoZone and got what I needed without the side of chauvinism.

I know the employees at the store have nothing to do with policies but when companies advertise online prices and specials the store should be able to honor them without any issues . Anytime I go here I look online first to see what the prices are to make sure I'm getting the best deal when I go to the store. I feel like I always have to double check and make sure I'm not being overcharged because most of the time the prices are higher when you just walk in off the street.

Excellent inventory and knowledgeable staff. Great place to get parts for a 25 year old truck going. They frequently have the parts nobody else has or can get them same day. They also have many unique parts to keep your lawn mower, garden tractor, snowblower or other outdoor power products going.
