Now that I’ve owned my GMC Sierra for about a month, I’ll share my experience with McGovern GMC in Westborough. They definitely deserve the 5 stars, in fact I’d give them 6 or 7 for going above and beyond. My experience with purchasing my truck was the best. I’ve purchased 5 vehicles on my own since my divorce, and this was BY FAR my best experience. Tommy Viola was professional, kind, answered all my questions, and never “looked down” at me, being a woman purchasing a pickup truck. Going through the financing with Omar was also great, he was equally as kind, professional and personable. Other dealerships I visited have given me “you’re a woman, what do you know” vibes, (as the daughter and sister of mechanics, I know quite a bit, actually) but this was not the case at McGovern. I should also say that the trade in value they offered me was the best of any other dealership, and I visited 4 others. Since purchasing my truck (with no issues), I have received multiple emails, asking if all is well, with contact information if I need anything. I did order auto cleaning products, and had an equally great experience with the parts dept, and service dept when asking a few questions about software. Again, all questions answered politely and professionally, with genuine care. I am so happy with my experience at McGovern, and will recommend them to all my friends, family, and complete strangers!

I'd like to leave this review about the McGovern GMC of Westborough and the service provided by Alex. Well, I already had in mind what I wanted, and the dealership had exactly the car I was looking for. My wife and I went on a Sunday afternoon, and upon arriving, we found the first available salesperson, who was none other than Alex. He politely greeted us and led us to his table. We discussed the car and reached an understanding and closed the deal. In general, we were very well received by Alex and received all the information we needed for a safe purchase. He is a very well-trained salesperson. Everyone we spoke to that Sunday at the dealership was very attentive and helpful. For my wife and I, it was a productive afternoon, and we left with our goal achieved. Finally, I want to recommend this dealership and Alex for their service. Of course, we recommend them.
