Both bill and Josh were really cool from start to finish! The job took longer than estimated due to Unforseen circumstances but they both worked through and got it done. Best the truck has ever driven and they both were very knowledgeable about the subject and wanted to be sure I understood what was wrong and what the solution was. I took my 2011 Subaru STI to BT Performance when a Subaru dealership in my area misdiagnosed my vehicle as needing a clutch and center diff. BT Performance assessed the damage and found that I only needed new rear drive axles, and that the Subaru dealership was attempting to gut my bank account. Not only did BT correctly diagnose the problem, they had my STI fixed within 2 hours after receiving new parts. Bill and Josh were both great at communicating with me and explaining exactly what needed to be done to get me back on the road. They are the only shop I would recommend to someone if you want to ensure your weekend car is in good hands.Service: Auto maintenance
